Your new account page can be found on https://account.heigit.org/
The playground can still be found on https://openrouteservice.org/dev/#/api-docs and your login session should ideally be shared between those two sites.
If you encounter issues with that, there are some options you can try out.
There is currently one further issue when you are using maps.openrouteservice.org while being logged in, which we will hopefully fix in the upcoming days.
