Stuck on signup completion

Hi,

After signing in with Google, I'm stuck on the signup completion screen
(username step) and can't reach a working dashboard — the same symptom as
the July issue that was fixed (/t/can-not-create-account-unable-to-create-your-api-key/7966).

The API key shown in my dashboard is rejected on every request with:
  HTTP 403 — {"error": "Access to this API has been disallowed"}

Tested on both hosts, path is correct (403, not 404), with Authorization
header (raw and Bearer) and ?api_key= — all 403:
- https://api.openrouteservice.org/v2/directions/driving-car/geojson
- https://api.heigit.org/openrouteservice/v2/directions/driving-car/geojson

Email is confirmed. I can't regenerate the key (1-week lock).
Could you finalize my account / enable the key? Thanks!
