I was using openrouteservice to get directions from different places in Venice to the local hospital and I was wondering if there is an option for public transports or boats for those who are unable to walk and are in immediate need for an hospital.

we’re currently working on integrating a public transport profile into our live API.
If you’re running your own openrouteservice instance, that is already available and you can provide any gtfs file for venice available to you.
route=ferry will also be considered in routing, though I am not sure if that covers the mentioned boats.
