I have a situation where I think that the routing is not working correctly. There is a relation with type=restriction and restriction=only_straight_on but this is not recognized.

Indeed, at the time of writing regular queries without any additional settings, such as e.g. avoiding ferries, do not take turn restrictions into account. Once these are enabled the correct route is returned.
