Unfortunately i get an error when trying to build:

unable to prepare context: unable to evaluate symlinks in Dockerfile path: lstat /Dockerfile: no such file or directory
Service ‘ors-app’ failed to build

at this point, this is not related to the original question about demanding hiking ways being ignored anymore, but about setting up the ors with docker. I have therefore moved it to a separate topic.
The old topic may contain relevant information for this though, so I’m linking it again here
