About a month ago (02.04.2019) I created the changeset n°68798941 on OSM (https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/68798941#map=18/39.31393/16.33842&layers=N) but the changes are not on ORS yet.
Do you know what the problem is?

Yes, we’re having some capacity constraints lately along with some delayed implementations. So we couldn’t update the road network in quite a while.
We hope to be able to update it again in 1-2 weeks.
Sorry, do you have any news about? The problem still persist.
We are now waiting for six weeks for the update of osm data in ors 
we are aware that it is frustrating not having new data, but we are a small group with limited resources and due to a number of factors we have not been able to build graphs as all resources have been getting used elsewhere. We will post on the forum when we have been able to update (as a guide, building new graphs for all profiles takes a solid 2 weeks of resources)
The change is now included using the graph with build_date: "2019-09-20T13:57:05Z" .
