Out of a sudden 403 response

Out of a sudden i get the following error:
Warning : file_get_contents(https://api.openrouteservice.org/geocode/search?text=Am+Markt+997+28779+Bremen&api_key=[api-key]): Failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden in /homepages/…

I checked the dashboard:
The quota is good
And the Key is valid

Do you have any idea, why this happened

this is most probably not an issue with ors but with how you do the request ( or the WordPress theme/plugin you are using to do it).
