Earlier this week we saw the release of openrouteservice v6.2.1 to the graphs we use for our public API. This was a minor release to address an issue we were seeing in the use of avoid feature types in the bike and pedestrian profiles, but also updated our code base to use Java 11.
With this update you will be able to apply restrictions (e.g. avoid ferries) to long distance routes in all of the bike and foot profiles. A full list of changes can be found in the Changelog.
