Open Route Not Working

Hi All,

We at Energy Qld in Australia when inputting routes it is not highlighting route. This has been occurring since yesterday.

I have logged with our IT company and they are going to look for a contact within with our entity though advice given was to contact you directly.

We are unable to undertake our role. Is someone able to contact me directly in regards to this please?

I see you have a new responsive map client though this is not user friendly, the highlighted hides road names and some locations do not come up.
