Network Maintenance done (was: Network Maintenance moved to 30.05.2026)

Dear users,

UPDATE (26.05.26):
The Network Maintenance needed to be re-scheduled to start Friday, 29.05.2026, 18:00 CEST and will now last until Saturday, 30.05.2026, 18:00 CEST.
We again only expect downtimes of around 10 minutes at a time, but we cannot guarantee that they won’t last longer.
Expect some non-availability. We will report back here once everything is resolved.

UPDATE (20.05.26):
The Network Maintenance was finally moved to Tuesday, 26.05.2026, starting at 15:00 CEST.
The timeline stays the same, we will report here 17:00 at the latest.

UPDATE (15.05.2026):
The Network Maintenance was tentatively moved to Monday, 18.05.2026, 16:00 CEST.
The timeline stays the same.

Friday, May 15th 2026, at 16:30 CEST, there will be maintenance on the network that the openrouteservice servers run on.

We expect a downtime of about 10 minutes, but we plan a total of 60 minutes.
That being said, there will be a bit of non-availability.

We will report on the current status here at 17:30 CEST at the latest.

Dear users,

the network maintenance yesterday is done, all systems are back in operation.

Three minor endpoints (/vroom, /openpoiservice and /openelevationservice) were down for the first few hours of saturday.
Everything else should not have suffered longer interruptions.
