I was wondering for the matrix calculation of a vehicle which speed parameter is taken into account for the durations in app.config?
maybe maximum_speed_lower_bound inside default_params?
or matrix accept maximum_speed at runtime?
and if chancing this params it requires a rebuild of the graph

currently, you cannot change the maximum speed parameters by hand without going into the code itself.
