Matrix - EU cities - return Null

Hello there,
First, I appreciate work behind this running services, great job.
I’m experiencing one issue, I trying to Get matrix for 5 points, located in Slovakia, and I’m always getting null for everything.

Question:
1.Could be that service is limited for some countries ? (due to anything…)
2.Are coords different from GMaps ? (I’v compared with OSM & they are same)

Try [lon, lat], not [lat, lon], common mistake;)
