Issue with API Key Creation and Service Access

Hello Guys,

I’m currently experiencing multiple issues with the platform. My existing API key suddenly stopped working, even though no changes were made on my side. Additionally, I’m unable to generate a new API key – the system returns the message: “It seems like we were unable to create your API key, please try again in a few minutes.” I also cannot reload the existing key, and the developer dashboard is stuck loading.

I’ve tried using different browsers and accounts, but the issue persists. I got no notification that I have exeeded my limits.

Similar problem for me. I can’t create an account and get the API to make ORStools working on QGIS.

we had some issues with our user management backend, but they have been fixed since yesterday afternoon, so everything should be working again by now.
