why does the area of the smaller distance lies not completely in the area of the larger distance? For example, why is the yellow marked area in the area of 1 km, but no longer in the area of 3 km?

Indeed, there have been some issues with calculating isochrone geometries which occasionally could lead to the described artifacts. These problems have been resolved just recently and are scheduled to be rolled out in a couple of weeks with the upcoming release. In fact, geometries calculated with code from the current main branch don’t exhibit the described phenomenon, see below,
