Profile is unknown when calling API. Your API status is also down

Hey,
thanks for letting us know.
We are currently having problems with the graph building process of the driving-hgv-profile.
That unfortunately means that the profile will stay down for another day, until the issues have resolved.
We’ll post in Announcements once the issue is resolved and the profile is up again.
