When I search a place is difficult to find what you’re looking for.
Usually you need to know the exact name of the street otherwise you can’t find it. If you use only a part of the name it suggests wrong results.
Also with POI if you don’t know the name how is recorded in openroute you can’t find it.
Yes, you’re absolutely right. Bothers me since ages… Thanks for the motivation, I think we should fix that soon.
We are in the middle of developing a new maps client, where it’s already fixed:
