Can you elaborate on how the 300 km restriction is calculated for the avoide Ferry/Toll attribute? I am trying to figure out what algorithm to use to avoid the restriction and cannot tell if this is a before the fact “flight” distance or an after the fact routed distance or something else.
It’s definitely an estimated distance. If we’d calculate the route, there’d be no reason for that restriction;)
I think it’s “flight” distance. Correct me if I’m wrong @adam.
That’s what I would think but the world is an unusual place these days. 
I’ll code it up that way until I hear otherwise.
