Error: "Access to this API has been disallowed

Hello Support Team,
I am having problems from my app to connect to this url:

https://api.heigit.org/openrouteservice/v2/directions/driving-car?api_key=XXXXX&start=8.681495,49.41461&end=8.687872,49.420318

where the response is 403 {“error”: “Access to this API has been disallowed”}
However, in profile it indicates that the key_api is valid and the quotas I have not exceeded.

I am having no prolblems from my app to connect to this url:

https://api.openrouteservice.org/v2/directions/driving-car?
api_key=5XXXXX&start=8.681495,49.41461&end=8.687872,49.420318”

It is very urgent.

Could you please help me?

Thank you very much.

Hey,

on first glance, everything is looking good and the request you sent should work.

That being said, would you mind sharing the complete request that your app is sending, including HTTP headers etc.?

If there is an issue regarding your API key, please contact the mail given on the contact page.

Best regards

Hi Jakob,
The error message appears as soon as I enter the URL into my browser:

Hey,

the URL provided in the first message and the URL provided in the screenshot differ.

Hi Jakob,
Sorry, here’s the URL that’s not working either:

You write on your homepage:

Apart from that, everything else stays the same. Your API key is already set up to be able to access the new URLs and the quota reflected in your dashboard is also the one for api.heigit.org

So why isn’t it working with my API and the new URL?

Best regards

Hey,

to look into issues regarding your API key, we need to know your API key.
To do that, without sharing it publicly on this forum, we need to know what account you are using.

The account can be identified by the mail used for signup at account.heigit.org.
Accounts in this forum are unrelated to the HeiGIT account in question, so please contact us under the mail provided on the contact page, stating the account whose key is having trouble.

Best regards

Hi Jakob,
Thank you very much for your help.

It worked with a newer API-Key

Best regards
