Cyclosm no longer working

The tiles service for Cyclosm fails due to a certificate error and thus doesn’t show any tiles… The main Cyclosm website still works fine. You may want to look into it.

Sorry, but I still can’t see the cyclosm map. Tried different browsers, with deleting cache.

I can report that I also can’t see cyclosm since at least a few days. I know that it worked two weeks ago, however.

Same here. I noticed that tiles fetching is getting 502(bad gateway) :

Request URL: https://a.tile.openstreetmap.fr/cyclosm/10/563/346.png
Request Method: GET
Status Code: 502
Remote Address: 77.95.65.40:443

@artandpiano, @punyidea, @twitie
thx for the reports, seems they changed their URL again.
Should be working again.

Best regards

@amanus
URL seems to be changed again.

Seems it’s still down here but not on cyclosm’s website or brouter/bikerouter.de (advanced → more base layers). Perhaps consider also including a custom tileserver like the brouter website.

CyclOSM has not been working for a few days now 28/1/24. Does it need some form of automated check rather than waiting for reports? Or a status page where one can check and report problems? If you are using cyclosm, you now need a plan for when it is not working.

Hi @frenzed, @punyidea, @Andreas_Schild,

for bug reports you could directliy open an issue in the source repository:

or even contribute a Pull Request.

Best regards

I have also found that the bikerouter.de website can be helpful for planning cycling outings :slight_smile:
