The following message always appears when trying to compute the isochrone. I’ve tried to open a new archive, using different shapefiles, but it keeps showing the same stuff.
are you still having this problem? Yesterday evening (CET) some of the profiles were down for a while as there were a huge amount of requests coming in which blocked others from being able to get to the routing services, so that might be what was causing the problem for you

if this was indeed a problem with the profiles not being available, that might very well have been the case for you.
If so, it should probably work by now.
If not, please provide the shapefile and screenshots of the parameters and log so we can try to debug this.
Additonally, via View → Panels → Log Messages, you can enable the Log Messages Panel. There should be a tab labelled ORS Tools. Please provide a screenshot of this as well.
