I tried to update osm data but still cannot find route on this fire road

If you edited on Monday morning, then it will appear in the OSM planet pbf file on the Friday, which means we will start building the graphs with it on the weekend, which in turn means it would be available the just over a week later for routing.
So in effect, any change in OSM data takes 1-2 weeks before it appears in the routing. In the case of your edit, it should appear next Monday (31st August)
