since this morning we are receiving a 504 timeout html response. Deprecated API and new API have the same response error.
Is there any scheduled maintenance?
Hey,
no, unfortunately this was not scheduled maintenance, but some unknown issue in the API stack as well as an increase in the data that lead to a memory shortage.
By now this should be resolved, all systems are back in operation.
