API key error when using ORS Tools in QGIS 3.6

this reads a lot like an issue with your network connection or with your provider settings.
Could you share your provider settings?

your Base URL should be

https://api.openrouteservice.org

The small typo is probably what is stopping this from working properly.
I’ll also censor your API key, it is not relevant to the issue.
