Currently, all Openrouteservice profiles are down. The HGV profile is down for more than 6 hours, see https://status.openrouteservice.org/
Are you aware of the issue?

indeed, the linked status page shows “down” for all profiles.
However, actual requests, e.g. via the interactive API docs, do go through.
We are currently investigating the issue and try to get the status page back in operation.
As noted, this is not true for the driving-hgv profile - there seems to be a different error, which we are currently investigating as well.
