hello everyone. this is a mobile mapping system for a school, this is the first application i made, this is for our project and im still new to this . can i ask how can i apply to collaborative plan? is their a gmail i can mail to to ask if im eligible?, because for testing the standard plan is ok, but i feel that when we deployed it and we plan to donate it you see, i think its not enough the route per minute. and i am worried because what if so many people will press the direction button per minute. and i exceed the plan. thank you for answering.

you can do this via the developer dashboard - see the small “upload”/“upgrade” arrow on the left side of your token.

For these requests we are manually checking whether the use case is valid and all the info is there. As we do this in batches from time to time, it can take from a few days up to 1 or 2 weeks.
You can avoid initial rejection and speed up the process, by providing all relevant info e.g.:
- signing up with organisation email
- for app developers providing links to app or source code
- in general a consice description of your use case
