Can confirm, downtime is still ongoing on the optimization service from my efforts to query.

Status page showing downtime too. Hopefully someone who can fix is aware of it.
Hi, one of our balancing servers was reporting a false down state, so traffic wasn’t getting through to where it needed to go. It should be back up and running now though
