403 'error': 'Access to this API has been disallowed

I all,
I am currently getting 403 Invalid API key, or access to this API has been disallowed on some of my requests.
I’ve tried to generate another Key, but it doesn’t work.
I tried sending the same request on API playground, and it works

I am using Matrix API with driving-car profile and duration metric,s and have not used up my daily or minutely quota.

Hey,

if your request is working on the playground, that is a good indicator that your other requests are doing Authentication wrongly.

You can check the example code from the playground to see how that should look.
If that doesn’t help, please show a self-contained, minimal example of a request that doesn’t work - and don’t forget to “censor” your API key :slight_smile:
