I am building an accessibility app and I have the following problem, first, the route does not go from the sidewalk and instead the ending point is on the main road, even though there is a wheelchair, not accessible tag. Also, I regularly update the open street map with accessibility information, how long should I wait for the service to get the update?

Regarding updates from osm:
We are still having some issues with our server infrastructure. Because of this we can’t generate graphs on a biweekly schedule.
If you are having trouble with specific requests please post a request URL of the problematic route with further information (What did you do, what did you expect, what did you get?).
