Dear users,

since the easter weekend, we are experiencing issues with the `driving-hgv` profile.

It seems they have affected the system enough to warrant re-building the routing graph, which can take a day or two to finish. This means that until then, the profile will stay down.
For more details on the graph building process, see [the FAQ in our backend documentation](https://giscience.github.io/openrouteservice/frequently-asked-questions#when-does-the-osm-data-update-in-openrouteservice).

We’ll let you know once the profile is back online - or you can check [https://status.openrouteservice.org/](https://status.openrouteservice.org/).
Usually, this should be some time tomorrow, but we cannot guarantee for that.

Best regards,
the openrouteservice team
