# problem trying to use the openroute endpoint

I have a problem trying to use the openroute endpoint, more specifically, the Directions Service. I’ve even tried it from the documentation and I get the error “Invalid API key or access to this API has been disallowed.”

I don’t understand what’s going on, this is preventing me from working.

Hey,

could you please provide the full request that you are trying to send, ideally in cURL-format?  
It is rather hard to understand what is happening and what might be going on without knowing exactly what is happening.
