i am having trouble finding the cause for this “detour” via a tertiary and secondary - avoiding the primary although it has the same speed limit. Tagging is pretty extensive with lanes, surface, shoulder, sidewalk, maxspeed in all segments.
When using hgv it correctly uses the primary all the way, using the car it makes a pretty strange detour.
as already promised in our owl mailing list - I will analyze what could lead to this strange detour…
for all - this might be related to the max speed (and the “acceleration-sim” code we introduced) - reducing the overall maxspeed to 75km will give you the expected route
