Hi @Ly_CHEA,

there is one thing [mentioned here](https://ask.openrouteservice.org/t/6099-unable-to-compute-a-distance-duration-matrix-foot-walking/2650) which produces the same error.

Apart from that please provide further info on:

- what version of ors are you runing
- what is your configuration
- what request are you sending
- further log entries that might be relevant
