# Matrix service api with foot-walking profile error

Hi,  
V2 Matrix service api with “foot-walking” profile parameter returns 403 error. Request with “driving-car” profile parameter work fine.

I think we found the issue, now we just have to hot-fix it. We’ll update the open threads once it’s fixed.
