# Distance and time fields are null in the output of Matrix From Layer algorithm of ORS Tools plugin in QGIS

I tried to calculate the travel distance and the travel time using Matrix From Layer algorithm of the ORS Tools plugin in QGIS, but in the attribute table of the output, the duration and distance columns are null. Can someone please help me with solving this problem?

Hi @Elham,

The matrix returns 0 by default if a route could not be found.  
This can be the case if the maximum distance for the rout-profile combination is exceeded or the rout could just not be found.
