This is a data problem within openstreetmap caused by an incorrectly tagged barrier on node 1124928907. The tag motorcar = yes indicates that motor vehicles such as cars or trucks are allowed to pass. The same problem applies to nearby nodes 1124928846 and 1124928920.

Interestingly, this is basically the opposite issue to one recently discussed in another thread:
In order to correct the routing you might want to adjust the tags in openstreetmap. Cheers!
