Is it possible to create a “safer” bike profile which privilege dedicated “highway:cycleway”, “highway:path” over others highway (residential, etc…) with cycleway ?

We did actually have this profile a while ago, but we had to remove it as it was not widely used and we don’t have the resources to support it anymore.
