Rate limit error when I am way under my quota?

I have a daily quota of 20,000 and I have 0 success, 32 errors and the errors that are coming back are:

403 ({‘error’: ‘Daily quota reached or API key unauthorized’})

I double checked my key and I am using my correct key. What am I missing here?
