Distance between two points

Dear,

I am a user of your service and I have one question about it. When I calculate the distance by car between two points in Italy, one in Rome and one in Capri island, the system doesn’t return the distance but it gives me error code 2009. If I calculate the distance between Rome to Ischia island, the system return me correctly the distance. Which is my mistake?

Looks like the right-most ferry terminal on Capri is not connected to any road.

However, the left one is. And the ferry from Napoli for example can take both terminals.

@nils is right, this has to do with how the ferry terminals connect to the road network. Apart from the one affected terminal on Capri the terminals on the other side, i.e. on land seem to have issues too.
